How do we work?
We help you from start to finish and deliver a turnkey solution. For this, we take the following steps:
- Discussion of your wishes and needs
- Functional analysis of the application
- Hardware engineering: design of electrical diagrams in EPLAN and selection of the most suitable components
- Software engineering:
- PLC, IPC, HMI and SCADA programming. Different brands are possible: Siemens (Simatic manager & TIA portal), Beckhoff (Twincat 2 & 3), Omron (CX-one), etc.
- Connection to MES and ERP via OPC or other protocols
- Panel construction and cabling of the installation
- Commissioning of the installation at the customer both at home and abroad (commissioning with FAT and SAT)
- Training of the operators
- After-sales service
